Perforations

In some applications the product is retained by the belt that transports it, but in other instances perforations or holes are used to evacuate water (or other liquids) that may accumulate on the surface of the belt. Perforated belts solve some of these problems. The exterior belts also require perforations in order to be able to attach buckets for the transport of grains or powders, for example. Depending on the specifications, we are able to perforate the belts so that it allows material suction, evacuation of the surface liquids and/or cooling of the product.
